Our animals have compiled their own wish list!

Click the Amazon logo below to see what they are wishing for! Any help goes a long way. Thank you!

Help us build a much needed new home for our animals.  The new Animal Discovery Center will provide students and visitors with a place to connect with nature and wildlife in a variety of ways.  The barn will provide a home for our goats, llamas and cow.  Please help us make this a reality.

Stick Insects have come to the Hungerford Nature Center.

Come meet the newest member of the Hungerford Nature Center, Quill the Hedgehog.

Visit us today at our two sites. The Youth Museum, located behind the New Britain Public Library, is a fun, interactive space that offers programs on culture and arts for children and young adults.

The Hungerford Nature Center in Kensington is home to many domestic animals and native wild birds. There is a farm-yard, indoor exhibits, walking trails, and a picnic and play area.

The New Britain Youth Museum and Hungerford Park is a not for profit, 501 (c) 3 organization.
